What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. We are unable to accept returns on these items as they are food produce and perishable goods. These will be carefully checked and marked before purchase. If there has not been a shipping notification with tracking sent and still with us, we would be able to cancel the order IF the batch has not started production. When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery service provider in Norway.
Where are your products produced?
Our products are produced in Oslo, Norway and sourced with ingredients locally. Depending on the seasons for the ingredients, there may be slight difference in taste making each bottle completely unique.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
